ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing relationships with potential new contacts, business leaders, and other professionals in the community.
• Research, coordinate, and plan events to enhance each company’s profile in the community.
• Plan and support business development events including seminars, webinars, lunches, and business meetings.
• Attend professional networking events representing both companies.
• Analyze available data and customer feedback to continuously improve our services and relationship building.
• Discover and explore new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Director of Content Marketing to develop marketing strategies.
• Create systems and processes for event execution, development events, and relationship building.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, real estate professionals, community leaders, and other staff.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in Title Insurance Sales
• Highly responsible, self-disciplined, and ethical work habits.
• Detail oriented with strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility and the ability to handle high pressure, deadline driven duties.
• Ability to function in a highly motivated, team-driven environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Compensation: Competitive based on qualifications and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
